I lay with my head upon a pillow

The hunger has come to me again

Tears form in my eyes as I contemplate my misery

I cannot remember when I had my last bath

The clothes I shelter in are grey with lice

I have often found myself supplementing my diet with their repulsive bodies

Fighting to escape my craving for fresh food

It is best not to think too much - stay normal, stay sane

I know your thoughts

But only God and the lice know mine
